About Us

Mr. Siegel was formerly a senior partner in the Insolvency and Litigation Support Department of a national accounting firm.

 Some of the services provided under Mr. Siegel’s direction:
  • Current Chapter 7 Trustee for the Indymac Bancorp bankruptcy
  • Current Liquidating Trustee for Circuit City Stores. Coordinating the efforts of a number of law firms and financial consultants to what is anticipated to be a very successful result for creditors  
  • Chapter 11 Trustee to operate and sell a hotel in Beverly Hills, California
  • Liquidating Trustee for a large real estate investment company.  All properties and assets were sold, claims analyzed, adversary matters prosecuted and funds distributed to creditors
  • Receiver for the United States District Court involving  a dispute between a foreign government and the State of California
  • Chapter 11 Trustee to operate and sell a 75,000 square foot office building in Santa Monica, California. New lease agreements negotiated and property successfully marketed above original expected sales price
  • Chapter 11 Trustee to operate and sell a chain of nursing homes in western United States. Unprofitable operations were eliminated and remaining properties were packaged and sold   
  • Chapter 11 Trustee to operate and sell a chain of 59 fast food restaurants located in 5 states.
